My item has not been delivered ! 

We know the feeling of waiting for an awesome product to arrive, so we get them to you as fast as we possibly can!

Here are our standard shipping times:

Products & Accessories: Usually 20-35 labor days for all our products unless specified in the description

Due to high demand of some of our free & promotional products, please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.

Clothing: Please allow 15-24 labor Days.

If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact us through our Facebook Page.

For products other than clothing, delivery time may take up to 30 days to arrive from our suppliers. The average delivery time is much lower, but we like to make our customers aware that in very rare cases it can take up to 30 days to receive your product(s). 

Some of our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse directly to you. In the rare event that there is a customs charge, this will be the responsibility of the customer.

Does Trending-niche offer guarantee to their customers?

Of course! If you do not receive your product you can contact us directly on Facebook. We have a maximum 60 day delivery timeframe, if your product did not arrive after 60 days of the item being shipped we will grant you a total Refund. 

I ordered more than 1 item, why did I receive 1?

When you order multiple items at a time some are shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. This helps to reduce the time of waiting, so don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. 

We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.
